With over three decades of hands-on leadership, identity-level decision-making, and entrepreneurial experience, I bring a uniquely inventive and grounded approach to coaching and consulting.
At ClearBags, I helped create and launch industry-shifting products—including original protective and child-resistant packaging—while also building the systems, teams, and customer experience that supported long-term, sustainable growth. My journey has covered the entire business lifecycle: late nights coding our first internal tools, early mornings installing the systems that made our company scalable, full days helping customers in sales and service, and years leading operations, facilities, logistics, and product development.
That diverse, real-world body of work now shapes the Capstone Method—a coaching framework that blends identity work (Pavao Process™), emotional grounding (ShowUp9™), story development (ARC Statements), and strategic alignment (Season Map). I help individuals and teams understand their season, clarify their current identity, connect meaningfully with the right people and opportunities, and take the next right step with confidence.

Clarity Coaching
